Blink-182 are back with two additional songs for their recent album, One More Time… Titled “Cut Me Off” and “See You,” the bonus tracks are digital exclusives, and can be streamed below.
One More Time… is Blink-182’s ninth studio album, and debuted a week ago on October 20th. Now, the band has augmented the release with “Cut Me Off and “See You,” which appear as tracks 17 and 18 on the Apple Music and Spotify versions of the album, coming right before the closing tune “Childhood.”
Both new tracks capture the beefy style of pop-punk that the band has settled into for this new era, pairing a wall of guitars with a thundering bottom end, crisp processed vocals, and a dash of synths over top. Stream the songs below.
The band has also shared a new video promoting their upcoming tour dates, in which they recreate the viral “Denny’s Grand Slam” hardcore concert video at a Denny’s in Long Beach, California. Set up in front of a row of booths in a corner of the restaurant, the band plays to an uproarious crowd, as Mark Hoppus asks the question on everyone’s minds: “What the fuck is up, Denny’s?”
It’s not the first time that the hardcore “Denny’s Grand Slam” has been recreated — nor the first time a famous pop-punk band has been involved, at that — but it’s always fun to revisit the legendary moment in DIY history. Watch Blink-182’s take on the video below.
Meanwhile, if you’re hoping to see Blink-182 at a venue that isn’t a chain breakfast restaurant, you’re in luck! This past week, they announced a 30-date North American tour for 2024, which kicks off in proper next June. Check out the full list of Blink-182’s upcoming dates, and grab your tickets here.
