Overwatch 2 will no longer be getting the planned PvE Hero mode, but Blizzard has some other things coming up to keep players entertained instead.

Overwatch 2 developer Blizzard has made the difficult decision to cut the originally planned PvE Hero mode content, but has released a roadmap of content that will be coming to the game over the next few months for Seasons 5, 6, and 7. Though the promised PvE Hero mode is no longer going to happen, Overwatch 2 will have story missions added to the game.
The news came during a live Twitch stream from the official PlayOverwatch account earlier today, May 16.
