ABC has renewed some favorite reality television shows, including American Idol and The Bachelor. Both shows have been huge successes for the network over the years.
According to Variety, American Idol has been renewed for season 22, which is its seventh on ABC, after the network revived the reality singing competition after its 15-year run on FOX. In addition, The Bachelor returns for season 28, along with Bachelor in Paradise season 9 and Shark Tank season 15.
