Former 90 Day Fiancé cast member Julia Trubkina plans to move to another country with her husband, Brandon Gibbs. The 29-year-old reality star has faced many challenges in the United States since marrying her beau in season 8. From issues related to Brandon’s farm to building her career, she has overcome every obstacle that came before her. Unfortunately, Julia’s problems in America became unbearable in April 2023, when she lost her legal documents in a robbery. If that wasn’t enough, she had a major fight with her neighbor, who threatened to shoot her.
Recently, Julia started an Instagram Q&A session to answer her curious fans and address their concerns. In one such response, the 90 Day Fiancé alum replied to a fan who asked her if she liked living in Virginia Beach. Julia wrote, “I like it,” while sharing a picture of herself with her pet dogs and husband. The Russian native added to her answer and shared how she and her husband aren’t always at their Virginia Beach home. She stated, “I think we’ll move,” confirming that her goal is to move to a region with mountains or another country altogether.
Julia Shares An Update On Her Stolen Green Card
Apart from updating the fans about her upcoming moving plans, the 90 Day Fiancé star also talked about her stolen document and if she has sorted that out over the weeks. She wrote, “I have restored some of the document,” adding that she is yet to recover other documents, especially her Russian ones. Julia also said she couldn’t restore many things, including her green card, as it isn’t valid. She added, “Scheduleted [sic] an interview,” stating that she looks forward to seeing how her journey to getting a new green card goes over the next few months.
Overall, Julia’s plan to move makes sense, as her life hasn’t been easy since she flew to the United States. Perhaps, she will find happiness in Russia if she chooses to live there with her family. Since Julia has spent most of her time in Russia and understands everything about that country, she could have a much more stable life there and live without worrying. Brandon may enjoy moving to Russia, as he has always lived a farm life in the United States. Therefore, moving to Russia could be a great opportunity for him to learn more about his wife and her past.
Unfortunately, Julia might be unable to permanently move to Russia due to her ongoing life in Virginia and her husband’s growth. Brandon works a great job and adores spending time with his parents daily. Therefore, it would be difficult for Julia to ask him to drop everything to move to Russia instead of expanding his life and income in the United States. While it is unclear if Brandon’s parents approve of the couple’s potential move to a different country, they’ll certainly be more happy to see them moving nearby. The 90 Day Fiancé alum’s dream of moving to a nearby mountain region better fits her immediate life.
