Disney+ and Hulu will be merging their content libraries into one app, though the streaming services will remain separate. Hulu is majority-owned by Disney, who currently holds a 67% stake in the streaming service.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Disney CEO Bob Iger announced in an earnings call that Disney+ and Hulu will see their content libraries merged into one app by the end of the calendar year. However, the services themselves will remain separate.
