Honkai: Star Rail – Best Character Builds For Clara

Clara’s character builds in Honkai: Star Rail may talk about her, but they focus on someone else. Clara is technically a 5-Star Physical character of the Destruction path, but she doesn’t do any fighting. Instead, all combat is left to her guardian, Svarog, an ancient robot who monitors the Underworld of Jarilo-IV. All attacks are Svarog’s response to Clara being in danger.

Clara’s kit in Honkai: Star Rail focuses on drawing fire to herself so Svarog can shield her and Counter each attack. Clara’s choices for Relics in Honkai: Star Rail are fairly simple. Her best-in-slot set is a four-piece Champion of Streetwise Boxing and will likely remain so even as more Relics join the game. At two pieces, the set gives a 10% Physical DMG bonus.

Meanwhile, in the realm of Planetary Ornaments, Pan-Galatic Commercial Enterprise makes the most sense for Clara based on her base stats. This set increases Effect Hit Rate by 10% and boosts ATK by 25% of Clara’s Effect Hit Rate. Although the ATK bonus is not as high as other Planetary Ornaments in Honkai: Star Rail, Clara can use both perks. For example, Clara could get a 12% ATK bonus with Space Sealing Station, but it would be very difficult to get her SPD to 120 or higher for the extra bonus, as she starts with 90 SPD.

Tips For Building Clara (And Svarog)
