The chief stew of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, Daisy Kelliher, recently announced that she will be hosting her own yachting course to help those interested in becoming involved in the luxury industry. The Dublin native has been a hit on the Below Deck spin-off thanks to her passion for detail and love of yachting. Yachting isn’t for the faint of heart, but good money can be made.
Recently, Daisy took to her social media to share some exciting news with her followers, revealing she has launched her own nautical course. A “Day With Daisy” will take place on June 3 in the heart of London.
The lesson will be a full day of an introductory course on stewarding and industry insights. An early bird ticket will set people back £280 with limited seats available. Below Deck Sailing Yacht‘s Daisy Kelliher is hoping for a sold-out crowd when she steps on the stage in Soho.
Below Deck’s Daisy Kelliher Offers Packed Course
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by Daisy for the morning orientation over coffee and pastries. Throughout the experience, students will go through several modules, including how to get into yachting and how to develop the necessary skills to make it in the industry. Daisy herself will teach participants everything they need to know about stewarding and even how to maintain a guest cabin properly. Upon completion, everyone will also receive a goodie bag worth over £100.
Daisy isn’t the only Below Deck star to offer their own classes. Hannah Ferrier from Below Deck Mediterranean has her own course with Ocean International Training Academy, which offers three levels of training: bronze, silver, and gold. The course is all done online, so there is no reason to have to travel to Australia to gain some experience. Hannah was one of the most popular stars of the Below Deck franchise but was later fired by Captain Sandy Yawn for bringing illegal drugs onboard, including Valium and a vape pen.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 is currently showing Daisy running her interior and having a tremendous second charter. Bravo cameras are catching Daisy’s eye for detail and ability to train her junior stews. The Bravo personality will also find herself in the middle of a love triangle with Colin MacRae and Gary King. Daisy is still very much trying to balance her personal and professional life. Hopefully, she will share some inside anecdotes while teaching a few future yachties. For now, it is anchors away as she gets ready for her June yachting course.
