But due to his attempt to absorb ATN into the acquisition, Kendall and Roman decide to tank the deal. Meanwhile, Shiv makes nice with Matsson and advises him to make an offer they can’t refuse, so the GoJo CEO bypasses the brothers and makes an irresistible offer, leaving them feeling defeated.
