Oh boy oh boy! A ridiculous 90s movie! The best kind of movie! Plus, this one has Rahman music and young Aish when she was ridiculously beautiful and a really really crazy plot that involves a lot of twins.
Jeans! So happy it’s on Netflix, it didn’t have a streaming home for a long time. This is NOT a good movie, in many ways it is an infuriatingly regressive movie, but it’s also strangely charming and fun to watch. Yes, it is a Shankar film. Which also means it’s a Rahman film because he almost always does Shankar’s music! So, perfect watchalong, and perfect start to a lazy weekend.
