Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The Sinakawak Shrine is located in the Hyrule Field region of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and contains the Uplifting Device puzzle. To solve it, Link must use various hot air balloons to carry balls to their slots and unlock doors.

Locating the Shrine is fairly simple as it is right next to the Serene Stable in Zelda: TOTK and has no obstructions blocking its entrance. Once inside, the first thing Link will see is a set of stairs to ascend. At the top, there will be several candles, hot air balloons, and wood platforms.

An Uplifting Device Shrine Guide

A hot air balloon will hover over the far right candle to indicate what Link is supposed to do. Therefore, take one of the wooden platforms from the left using the Ultrahand ability in Zelda: TOTK and place it in front of the area with the candles. Then attach one of the candles to the middle of the wooden platform. Finally, take a hot air balloon and attach the base of it to the top of the candle, then hop on quickly to have it carry Link to the top. Up there, Link will need to create a similar candle and balloon device and place it under the button on the ceiling to open the door below it.

When the balloon hits the button, the door will open. Now in the second area, paraglide down to the lower part of the room, or take the long ladder. At the base, there will be a small ball that needs to be elevated to the top. Take the ball and attach it to another wooden platform, then attach a candle to the ball, and finally, use the Ultrahand ability one last time to attach a hot air balloon to the top of the candle. Then hop on the platform and ride up with the ball. Once at the top, jump off onto the ledge, grab the device, and bring it over to you. Detach the ball and place it into the slot to open the final door for this shrine in Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom.

How To Get The Sinakawak Shrine Chest

To retrieve the chest, the method is the same. Head back down to the lower area, and there will be a very large ball surrounded by flame emitters. Attach one of the flame emitters to the side of the large ball and then grab another hot air balloon. Place the hot air balloon on the flame emitter and attach it. Once done, it will begin to carry the ball up slowly. Head up to the top using the ladder and pull the ball with the Ultrahand ability over to the ledge and detach it to place it into its slot. The door in front of it will open, revealing the chest in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom‘s Sinakawak Shrine.
