Those two episodes are “A New World, Part Three” and “A New World, Part Four.”
The announcement that The Flash’s final season would be the show’s shortest was no surprise. Although some TV shows end up being canceled before the story can be wrapped up, The Flash’s writers knew beforehand that season 9 was going to be the series’ last. Therefore, a shorter, more centered season was created to conclude the story. As a comparison, Arrow season 8, the show’s final, had 10 episodes.

With no other Arrowverse shows currently in production that are set in the same universe, The Flash’s series finale may also be the franchise’s closing chapter.
