Getting Herta Bonds in Honkai: Star Rail can be a time-consuming task, as the resource is very limited. This gameplay-exclusive currency is related to Herta and her Space Station. It is primarily used to purchase items from Herta’s Store – the sales inventory includes 5-star Light Cones, Light Cone Superimposition materials, and even regular Warps (Star Rail Passes) in Honkai: Star Rail.
While only a few Herta Bonds are required in order to buy items from the Herta Shop, it is a fairly hard resource to obtain, and even more to farm. Players may take a few weeks before gathering enough to exchange for their desired 5-star Light Cone, for instance. If players are aiming for Star Rail Passes, they might be luckier, as these require fewer Herta Bonds.
Get Herta Bonds From First-Time Clears Of Simulated Universe Levels
One of the most straightforward ways of obtaining Herta Bonds in Honkai: Star Rail is through first-time completions of Herta’s Simulated Universe Worlds. Every time one of the levels is cleared for the first time, players will be rewarded with multiple items, including Herta Bonds.
The problem is that there is only a limited amount of Worlds to go through in the Simulated Universe, and they get harder as the levels get higher. This means that players will likely struggle to complete all six Worlds in a short time frame, and gather all the Herta Bonds the first runs provide.
Herta Bonds Are Farmed Weekly Within Simulated Universe
While first-time completions are not to be ignored when farming for Herta Bonds in Honkai: Star Rail, the main way of obtaining them after the six-World limit is by going through the Simulated Universe’s weekly challenge. Every week, players can gather points for their participation in Simulated Universe Worlds, even if they are not first-time completions.
Upon reaching a certain amount of points within the Tier, which varies according to the Equilibrium Level, players will be rewarded with one Herta Bond.
Although a single Herta Bond is not much, this is the main way of obtaining the item after completing all six Worlds. Even if they have not completed all the challenges posed by Herta in Honkai: Star Rail, they may be unable to proceed through a certain World due to its difficulty. By simply completing the weekly challenge, they still have a chance of getting Herta Bonds without the obligation of rushing through Equilibrium Levels and quickly ascending their main characters to withstand every World.
Getting enough Herta Bonds in Honkai: Star Rail to obtain a 5-star Light Cone may be a long endeavor, but one that is certainly worthwhile. The difference in stats between a 5-star weapon and a 4-star one is significant, so if players get the chance to obtain a high-tier Light Cone and give it to one of their main characters, they will likely see a great up in their overall performance on the battlefield. Of course, building a character in Honkai: Star Rail requires much more actions, but obtaining a Light Cone with Herta Bonds from the Simulated Universe is a great first step.
